Buwan ng Wika 2017: Itik-Itik Dance

Mid of school year won't be through without Buwan ng Wika Celebration. This year my daughter Tinker is on the 1st Grade and so glad she belong to the Special Science Class, the pioneer Science class implemented by DepEd to all Public Schools nationwide. First time ever, this class was not there on our Elementary years aside from the cream section, the 1st Section!

So this month August as usual, all public and private schools celebrate Buwan ng Wika. All selected students to perform were so busy to practice on their assigned presentation. Each grade level had to participate on different kinds of competition like singing, dancing, and poem recitation in national language, Filipino.

At Marigondon Elementary School where my four kids belong, I only covered a fraction of that timeline where my youngest performed her part in a group dancing called Itik-Itik Dance, one of the Philippine National Dances. Good job kids!
