Metrobank Math Challenge S.Y. 2017-2018

Last week the Elimination of Metrobank Math Challenge for S.Y. 2017-2018 was held at Lapu Lapu City Central School. Registrants from all public and private elementary schools gathered at the venue for the written exam. For Grade 1 level, three contestants from Marigondon Elementary Schools under Mrs. Cheryl Cabarles from Grade 1- SSC class were officially listed to join the elimination round. The following contestants were Tinker Myles G. Bonita, Cyrel James Tayag, and Princess Ianie Enecuela. Around 8:00 am on January 18, 2018, registration of contestants begun. Since my daughter Tinker Myles was one of the contestants for Grade 1, I only covered what was happened at their level. By 9 am but not exact, the examiner entered their assigned room to give the questionnaire. According to the examiner, the exam was a 30 item exam good for 1 hour. While the exam was on going, the parents and teacher coach waited outside the designated rooms. After an hour, the written exam was over and I asked my daughter how was it going and she said to me that she answered the questions. Then I asked her again, can you remember the questions? She said right away, I don't remember anymore!😁So let's just wait the Final Result to be posted online soon.😉
